Dr. Y.S. Rajan
Dr. Y.S. Rajan is a Scientist, Organisation Builder, Diplomat, Academic and a Writer.
Apart from many distinguished positions, he has been the Scientific Secretary, Indian
Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Principal Advisor of Confederation of India Industry
(CII) and worked with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), NASA, and UN organizations
like UNIDO and UNEP. He co-authored " India Vision 2020 " with former President of India,
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Hon. Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche
He has served the exiled Tibetan community for over four decades as an educationist, philosopher,
and most recently as a politician. Before becoming the first directly elected Kalon Tripa of
Tibetan Government in exile, he was the Chairman of 11th & 12th Tibetan Parliament in Exile.
Dr. Kunchok Tsundue
Dr. Kunchok Tsundue holds a doctorate in geography from the University of Bochum in Germany.
He is currently serving as the Chief Planning Officer of the Planning Commission, Central
Tibetan Administration. Under his leadership, the Planning Commission brings out the Three-Year
Integrated Development Plan for the Tibetan Community in exile. The office plans to publish a
Perspective Development Plan for Future Tibet.
Ven. Karma Gelek Yuthok
Ven. Karma Gelek Yuthok is a Scholar, Educationist and a Diplomat. He is currently serving as
the Secretary of Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration. Under his leadership,
the Department of Education oversees 77 schools in the Indian sub-continent.
Prior to this, he has served as the Representative of His Holiness
the Dalai Lama at the Office of Tibet, Tokyo, Japan.
