Youdon Aukatsang is currently the Director of ENVISION. She has worked with Kreddha,
a Dutch NGO and other Tibetan NGOs such as Tibetan Center for Human Rights and Democracy
and Tibetan Women’s Association before joining ENVISION. She is also an elected Member
of Parliament since 2006 to the 14th House of the Tibetan Parliament in exile.
She has completed her Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from Fletcher School, Tufts University, MA (USA) and another Master of Arts in International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. She did her Bachelor's in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University.
Chenga Tsering did his schooling from CST Mussoorie and has been associated with Empowering
the Vision Project since its inception. This organization was earlier known as Youth
Opportunity Trust of Asia [YOTA] where he worked as Manager.
Since 2003, he has also been working as a Consultant to Tibet Relief Fund of UK handling many welfare projects in the Tibetan settlements in India.
He is currently working as the Office Administrator and also manages the Office website.
Tenzing Sonam is currently working in ENVISION as an Executive Assistant.
He has completed his graduation from Shri Guru Gobind Singh in B.Com and post
graduation in Global Business Operation from Shri Ram College of Commerce,
Delhi University.
Apart from being the Executive Assistant, he is the Programme Coordinator for School Outreach Programme. Prior to this he was working in merican Express bank Corp.
Tenzin Ngawang did his schooling at Tibetan Homes Foundation School, Mussoorie.
He earned his Bachelor degree in commerce from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce,
Delhi University.
He is currently working with Empowering the Vision Project as the Accountant. Prior to this, he worked for World Buddhist Culture Trust under Tibet House.
Lhakpa Tsering is currently working with ENVISION as Programme Executive with the main
task of coordinating GTPN project.
He is also the GTP Summit Coordinator.
An alumnus of CST Herbertpur, he did his graduation from Hindu College, Delhi University. He worked with All India Radio as Programme Announcer-cum-Translator. He was one of the founding members of a monthly Tibetan magazine, Tibetan World Magazine. He also works with Bodgyalo Media Pvt. Ltd.
